Georgetown Prep is not a safety. I know kids who chose it over STA and I know kids who got into STA but were rejected from Prep. Prep is a highly desirable school with an acceptance rate below 20%. Nice try though, the haters are always going to hate. It’s so predictable. 🙄
NP. Based on the handful of Prep students I know, I thought it was a safety school as well. Does Prep offer a Special Ed. program? One kid I know appears to be on the spectrum.
Oh Boy! It’s clear someone’s son got rejected and they are taking out their anger on this forum and making up lies about Prep. A better use of your time might be therapy because ignorant comments such as the above just make you look like a fool.

Was for us. Would have only gone there is st. Alban's or Good Counsel Scholars didn't work out. Fortunately, it didn't come to that.
Good Counsel is the safety 100%. Different level of student attends. STA and Prep have a far more similar student body. Good Counsel isn’t even usually discussed or considered in the same sentence. Very different populations that draw from different areas and schools.

This is fake news. They offer more ap classes then either GP or SA. The IB program is world renowned. It is objectively a much much better school the GP and competitive to St. Alban's.
🤣🤣🤣

Not SAES.
Yes. SAES accepts b students. Guess how I know
?
Just stop. This isn't helpful for those who did not get into these schools.
I have an all A’s URM who is a very talented athlete in a sport valued over there and takes mostly honors courses, that was waitlisted for 9th. We were fortunate to have offers from schools we likely would have chosen over SAES regardless though.
I assumed admissions was very competitive there. Maybe they met their quota of this particular URM or we could have needed too much aid I guess.
I did like the school though and admissions were very friendly.
