Anonymous wrote:there is only one correct answer to your question, and that answer is: Peet's!

All of the Peet's varieties are good (except the alameda morning/luminosa breakfast blend--too light-tasting for me). You can't go wrong with Major Dickason's blend.

The very best Peet's coffee are the single-origin coffees (Brazil, Colombia, etc--as long as it says single-origin, it's fabulous!)

We always, always come back to this.

Whole bean Dunkin Donuts is done well. Beans are never shiny. We buy them direct from Dunkin Donuts where a 16 oz bag is $9.99 but they do a lot of sales where it’s only $6.99 so also a good price.

yup- counter culture or Ruby's- its very smooth. There's this one small plains coffee that is citrus and floral that is my favorite. ceremony is yummy but I hate the staff at their cafe in Baltimore so I dont want to support them.

Haymarket Coffee Company has really smooth coffee. They used to come to more farmer’s markets, which is where we came across them. But you can buy their coffee online now, too

+1

This thread is surprising. Thought DCUM would be more into 3rd wave coffee.

I’m surprised too! Agree with Swings, but actually prefer Small Plains
