Yep, and people who were “previously” approved for less than 2 days in-office per PP are grandfathered in. So, if you were smart, you updated your Worksmart schedule for 9 day telework during Covid. If you did, you only have to come in 1 day per PP.
You weren't allowed to do that, at least in my division.
Why not? I know several people across various divisions who did that. Disallowing it would have violated the CBA in effect at the time.
