It is easy to pull up a map of crimes in Maryland by town/city for example.

US. Coastal area. Tons of vacation rentals in neighboring tourist towns, to be fair, but mostly condos (he requires a house) or out of our budget.
A lot of coastal neighboring towns are this way. Many times working class people live here who work the resorts.

He "requires" a house that is new, meticulous, quiet, and in an upscale neighborhood, but it has to cost less than a high class hotel.
And you are the one who is responsible for fulfilling his every need.
