Can someone remind me how this would or wouldn’t impact capped employees.

Also to the people who constantly say gov employees don’t work- explain to me why I had to hire childcare so I could work today?

Hi, government scientist here. We have global publication metrics that can compare (although imperfectly) the productivity and impact of our work. I do better than the average of my peers at universities, some of whom have literally twice my salary. Same with plenty of my fed colleagues. You appear to be unaware of the range of federal government work or the qualities of its employees.

Some govt employees work very hard and do impressive things.
Many are lazy and don’t do much work.
