JFC. I can’t believe the people on here making excuses for this behavior. I don’t care if the kid is autistic or not. You don’t threaten violence, especially rape on a teacher. In no way, shape, or form is that right.

I bet he knows exactly what that means too. Saying I’m going to hold you down and rape you means using force and against one’s will. Simple enough for any 12 year old to understand and know irregardless of understanding or not what the word rape means. And a 12 year old would know what that means.

People defending this kid is exactly why public education is a mess right now with out of control behaviors. If this kid can’t function appropriately in a typical school, he needs to be taken out and put in the appropriate school serving kids like this.

If he is threatening teachers like this he should be in a special school. Teachers should be able to work in a safe environment.
