The supermarkets where we shop (mostly Wegman's & Harris Teeter) used to have sales occasionally where a 12 pack would come to about $4, if you bought three or four. That hasn't happened in a couple of years.
Even the case of Diet Coke at Costco is about the same price per can as a 12 pack from Wegman's. I can't think Coca Cola's costs have gone up that much.
Anonymous wrote:I buy them in 2 for 1 sales at a Wegmans or something like that. Have they really gotten expensive? I drink two cans of diet a day and by my calculations it's less than a dollar a can.
Anonymous wrote:Has anyone noticed the cans now say “original taste” instead of “coke classic?” I think they changed the recipe again. I know I sound like a conspiracy nut but I can’t believe no one else is talking about it.
Anonymous wrote:12 packs DO NOT cost $9. You can get them at 7-11 for less than that. What a weird thing to troll about

Three liters a day is not occasional, and it's a quick pathway to chronic disease and early death.

And food stamps should not be used to buy soda. It's unreal.
