Learn to cook, would be my recommendation. Pay attention to how you feel (mood, energy level, bowel movements, etc) after you eat different things. Learn to eat and prepare things that make you feel optimal. Experiment with different vegetables and proteins and grains. I think the poster who suggested a meal kit subscription had the best idea. I'm firmly convinced there's no universally optimal diet; different people's genetics and hormones and energy needs mean that different foods are best for them. So you want to find what works for your body not slavishly subscribe to someone else's plan.
