I was just googling. In 1983 and 1992 the average bra size in the US was 34B. It’s now 34DD, according to more than one site (although that seems crazy to me). But if you are GenX you might consider a C large.
But OP, don’t do it. Unnecessary surgery is unnecessary. I’m sure your body is great as it is.

Have you thought about wearing bras with the 'chicken cutlet' like inserts? It can change the way you look in clothing, without going under the knife.
I’ve had the same saline set 20 years. No tune ups. No issues.
