I have to agree. If I had wanted a village school with one teacher to raise homestead wackos, I wouldn’t have had to pay you a fee. I most likely have a higher degree than you do.

I would work 40 weeks (yes that’s quite a bit more than you actually get at private school). 1 week off for Thanksgiving, 2 weeks for Christmas, 1 for spring break, and 8 weeks for summer.

I believe there is a similarly priced and positioned Turkish school near Chantilly, cannot recall its name.

More mainstream French immersion Rochambeau in Bethesda is 28580 for HS 2022-23, less expensive for elementary.

There exists a world of good education in a small classroom setting that is reasonably affordable to middle class families.

To be fair and accurate, some families do fall into that category. And some families will use the bus only one way for $1500. Some families do not use the bus at all. And families on FA will realize FA in their bus fees. I appreciate the fairness of only being charged for what I use. Plus, I don’t think other schools offer free bus service. If I’m wrong about that I’m sure someone will let me know. Speaking of clever, Field is raising tuition for the middle school 0.0% next year.

Many schools do not charge extra fees. It annoys me that Bullis does. They nickle and dime us on top of the high tuition.

Huh? They all have fees. SFS has a textbook fee, tech fee, yearbook fee. SSFS has an intersession fee, textbook fee, and athletic fees. SSSAS has a parent association fee, tech fee, book fee, and even a graduation fee!

All Potomac fees are included in tuition.
