Or she could just be a bit of a jerk. Personally, I don’t read my notes for this reason. Unless something is unclear or in question, it’s better not to know. They’re never going to write “Patient is a saint who needs no medical care and will live forever.”
+1 don't ever read the notes they are not only filled with inaccuracies I feel like most of these doctors straight up put themselves in a great light to avoid litigation then to put the actual events of a appt in them or to even speak the truth about the patient. They are so quick to paint you in a negative light then themselves.
OP I think you need to send in corrections then find a new doctor. Also make sure to review this doctor online and let other know why you left the practice.
