I see 3 Latinos, 2 ethnic Americans and only one WASP. The data seems to support the idea that this is a cabinet position reserved for minorities.
Ethnic Americans are minorities? That's news to me. Did someone tell Andrew Cuomo that he is a minority?

Bowser is considered too dumb and too shady even to be HUD secretary. But I wish Biden could park her in some deputy assistant secretary job in charge of paperclips in HUD or Education. Anything to stop her bad tenure in DC.
The problem with this opinion is that if she’s so dumb, what does that make the rest of the DC politicians? Because she runs circles around them.
We are not working with a deep bench in DC, it's true.
