Subject: Best walkable shopping district in the DC area?
Old town has more independent shops than probably most places. Hard to beat Georgetown, though since I think that waterfront is better.

I agree with Old Town, never have trouble finding street parking. There are pay parking lots too, plus all Dash buses is Alexandria are now free!
