Agree! And I love a ham and cheese or turkey and avocado on rye. Or rye toast with butter.

PB&J is good in apple slices. Actually, I skip the J.

Meh, you do you. Rye with sweet or non savory is a bit odd. Even Peanutbutter but it is a good bread really so have at it.

I know someone who regularly makes aforementioned peanutbutter and jelly on everything bagel and again, v weird, but they like it.

I’d toast the rye and eat just PB open face

PB&J is best on the type of bread they called whole wheat back in the 80's.

Rye is great for a tuna sandwich.

So I guess the question should really be, what's worse, PB&J on marble rye or PB&J on an everything bagel?

If you pick everything bagel, does it matter if it's toasted or not?

Then you skip the PB & J! You just eat the everything bagel with cream cheese!

This is what i would do. Or just butter or peanut butter, if nothing else, but no jelly in this situation. Does not go.

Given those options, I would definitely pick rye over an everything bagel.

I would opt for PB & J on two spoons and skip the bread.

Agree

But if I had to choose bread, I would go with toasted bagel.

Peanut butter on an Eggo waffle is good

I might try peanut butter on the ET bagel but not with jelly.

I do love a good sour/sweet mix. One of my favorite breads is chocolate cherry sourdough.
