BoConcept PP. We ordered Crate and Barrel that was not in stock last year and it was delayed for us, but maybe they've solved the supply chain issues since then (and like PP said if you go with in stock I assume you won't have issues). Room & Board has solved their supply issues, I think. We got our furniture earlier than anticipated, and I think they may have even announced that they aren't having delays anymore. Even so, they were honest about the predicted delayed delivery time. Current delivery time is about 3 months, which seems pretty standard for custom orders.


PP. We ordered an upholstered chair from Room & Board early December, estimated delivery mid March. It was just delivered today.

Shockingly we had great success at West Elm. Found a sectional that fit our space perfectly. Got a stock fabric, and it was delivered in the exact 2 wk range they gave us, which was about 6-7 weeks later. Delivery was easy to schedule, guys showed up on time, very polite and cleaned everything up. Was prepared for the worst after reading all these threads!!

We had success with JoyBird - custom fabric choice was not immediate delivery, but in-store rep knew about state of fabric at factory and delivery was right on schedule - about 2 months wait.

We’ve had good luck with Crate and Barrel. We’ve ordered two different sleeper sofas from them, one pre-Covid and one in 2021. The most recent took a while to get - probably around 6 months - but it’s the best sofa we’ve ever owned and was totally worth the wait. The wait times might be shorter now.

Room and Board. I’ve bought furniture for 3 rooms since 2020 from them and their predicted times have always been accurate and never further delayed

I ordered a sectional from Burrow a few months ago and the shipping time was 2 weeks and it actually arrived faster, I think within 8 days or so. You do have to assemble it, but it’s easy because the pieces latch together (no tools needed). The couch is sturdy and good quality; I like it a lot. I think it cost about $1800.

Belfort has legit in stock like a Macys. If an old sofa had a complete breakdown and you need one fast go with Belfort or Macys. Room and board doesn't fully customize like EA- just the fabric. Last week it had some instock. EA has 3 levels and the actual delivery date to your house is a range of 3-10 weeks. 10 is maximum customization as per recent buyers sitting on their new comfy couch.

Article ships fast. If you want to spend more, try Restoration Hardware. Their in stock items ship fast. Arhaus is another possibility.

I got three arm chairs that are 52 wide from big lots. We still have a sofa from PB. They are great because I can read with my kids in several rooms.
