Folks, she is 58. I am in disbelief. Disbelief. I can't process how she is 58. In every photo of her I can find she looks like she could have been AOC's college roommate. Wow.
She looks pretty good for 58: her skin is good, her teeth are good, her hair is glossy. But she doesn’t look “young” to me and that’s absolutely ok, you can look beautiful at any age.
Topic for debate/discussion: how do you feel about the brows? I am very pro thick eyebrows. I think they make a person look more youthful. I feel like I look years younger when I let my eyebrows grow thicker (I have very full bushy eyebrows naturally).
I generally like thicker brows, but not here. They look a little unkempt and are so low on her face it looks like they're almost touching her eyelids when with a resting face.

Yes, but it is because she has crooked teeth and her underbite was not fixed. Usually we associate that with younger kids who have not had braces yet. She is very pretty nevertheless and definitely looks younger.
Anonymous wrote:Wow- what a difference in the other photos pps posted. They don’t even look like the same person as the one in the original post. That photo could be of her granddaughter or daughter. Shows you how much people use filters and photo editing.

Yeah! I know. But, the best part of aging here is that we age so well comparatively.
- Another MAIA. (Middle Aged Indian Aunty).

Thanks for making me laugh!

She is very normal looking for her age for an Indian woman.
Unlike most Indian aunties though, she is heavily made up (I bet very uneven skin tone) to cover her undereye dark circles and her hair is dyed black.
Yes, we all have nice hair thanks to genetics (individual strands are very thick), regular weekly hair oil massage and keeping away from styling products and hot hair tools. SO even when it turns gray, if we just style it and color it, it looks good.
Our skin does not crack, sag or wrinkle...however, we usually have dark circles and uneven skin coloring that most of us do not even make any attempt to cover. Indian women do not wear concealer or makeup. Aruna is wearing a lot of makeup and yes, good for her.
Her skin is absolutely cracked, sagging, and wrinkled. Not in a bad way. Not in an unsightly way. But of course all of these traits are visible.
You can also see grays around her temples. Come on people, put your glasses on. She looks perfectly fine for her age but she's not fooling anyone.
? Did she claim she was younger than 58?
