This and one other PP have it right. You're better off investing your time in your current career than wasting it picking up side jobs. Maybe it would bring in more immediate $, but would it help you become UMC? Instead, look at the career paths of people in your line of work who earn more income. Figure out how to become them. Reach out to some of them and ask them about their career paths. Figure out what additional skills or experience you'd need to follow their career path. Strategize your next move to put yourself on track to earn more. That’s how you become UMC.
