That was my first symptom at 4 weeks. I was reading a story to my son at bedtime and was completely winded. Took a test and was positive.

This was my first pregnancy symptom, but it was mild and went away after a few weeks. Someone mentioned circulatory issues, and my legs did turn red in a strange pattern. The MFM doctor said it was "interesting" but concluded I was fine because my skin turned white when she pressed it. I never really had morning sickness. The pregnancy was uneventful and my baby is healthy.
