Actually, I paid for it out of my own money. Not sure you know too much about focus schools but our PTAs aren't exactly bringing in tons of money. I love when people show their ignorance for all to see. Bless your heart.
I'm thinking you are a troll. I've sent 4 kids through "focus" elementary schools and have been a class parent MANY times. We just sent home a note in English and Spanish telling parents what date the party was and asked for donations of food, water bottles, or drink pouches. We never had problems with not enough food for party. In fact, we usually had too much.
