Anyone who is giving the likes of Bari Weiss or Matt Tabbi the creadence of "journalism" is part of the problem.
Refusing to parrot talking points doesn't make Matt Taibbi not a journalist.
+1
He's actually one of the few people in the US still deserving to be called a "journalist."

Why don’t people like her?
Is it because of Elon?
Because she equates “liberal” with “woke” which is a Twitter thing not a real life thing. Twitter is not representative of all America.
Earlier this week, DeSantis's attorneys were asked in court to define what "woke" means.
Asked what “woke” means more generally, [Desantis’ General Counsel Ryan] Newman said “it would be the belief there are systemic injustices in American society and the need to address them.”
That makes anyone with a clue and empathy "woke."
The only way you are not woke is if you either are unaware of what's going on in the world, and/or you lack the empathy to want to do anything about it.

Why don’t we talk about anti-blackness among white Jews and what white Jews plan to do about that? Or is it that white Jews don’t their own deeds are relevant to the dynamic between the two communities?
As a Jew of color, gotta call out your antisemitic BS. Antisemitism exists in all communities. Anti-LGBT sentiments, too. Ditto misogyny. All are fair game for discussion and your use of the AS/racist dog-whistle “white Jews” is gross.
I am a Jew of color too. Stuff your appeal to authority. It doesn’t work on me.

Anonymous wrote:Weiss built her career on characterizing any criticism of Israel as anti-semitism. She is intellectually, morally and ethically bankrupt, which is the reason she has gravitated inexorably toward the likes of misogynists like Taibbi and Elon. Glenn Greenwaldxsees her as a threat to him selves because he knows the politics of grievance scam she is playing. It takes one to know one. She has never been a journalist and never will be. Not enough money, attention or adulation.
