Oatmeal with a lot of cream. The combination of fat and fiber does the trick within two hours.

Take a laxative.
Eat food with enough fiber everyday. Drink enough water to move them along. Don't overeat.

A small, local health food store makes it. You can probably find them at some of the juice stores around town too.


I think there's a microgreens place in Arlington that sells flats of Wheatgrass
