I've been taking THC for quite a while but it has stopped working. Melatonin, too.
I take medication for depression and anxiety, even that doesn't help me sleep.

I had to wait several months months for a gynecologist appointment, too, and it was brutal. Ashwaganda and Estroven helped somewhat during the wait. Ashwaganda reduced my anxiety attacks. There are different Estroven formulas, and I found the blend with black cohosh and isoflavones in the orange box most helpful.
Do everything you can to get sleep. The insomnia made everything worse.
