There aren’t a lot of Thanksgiving songs…
So? It doesn’t need to be about Christmas in thanksgiving. Who likes this stuff?
Everyone who chooses to watch the parade.
We tuned in to watch a friend perform and were surprised how everything was Christmas themed (and ads). So not appropriate for Thanksgiving. Guess I am a “Scrouge” 😁!
Haha not appropriate for Thanksgiving. This is a parade created and organized by a department store chain. They want to sell merchandise.
It used to be called the Christmas Parade. Somewhere along the line they changed it. I think it's fine -- Santa at the end rings in the Christmas season. Although I don't know why other religions aren't represented too.
It's a department store parade advertising the material holiday, not the religious one. I didn't see baby Jesus in the parade.
So?

That's the point of most Thanksgiving day parades.

Are you new to the parade? EVERYONE lip syncs.
Leah Michelle did not lip sync. She was the only person.
Paula Abdul was so off rhythm. It was absurd.
Of course she did. No one is actually doing a live vocal nor instrumental performance at any point in the parade.
