She is standing back making her complaint -- Your phone was not plugged in. Then he says, shut up b/tch. Then she repeats her complaint. THEN she moves forward to say, "You are the crazy one. Take your medication." and repeats her complaint.

I don't do Uber but what happens if his phone is not plugged in -- he can't charge her the correct amount? She's complaining about something.

I’m a white woman. It sounds like she wanted to use his phone charger because her phone was running out of battery power and she went off on him about it. Maybe he needs up save the battery park charger because he drives day day. Who knows. She’s entitled, racist, aggressive, disgusting. That’s a southern accent. Not NE, not native Washingtonian. In what situation should an Uber driver get out of their car and then proceed to stand between somone and the entrance of the building?

Obviously being racist is bad, I think we all can agree. However everyone has had their share of bad Uber drivers. There is never a good reason for an Uber driver to get out of their car unless it’s to pick up an order from a restaurant.
