Wrapped with someone else's name on it, like a neighbor or cousin.

I started making sure the wrapping paper was the way I could remember which gift was for which kid instead of the tag.

My MIL did this -- until a very young DW and her sister found the gifts (already wrapped), opened them and then (poorly) rewrapped them and put them back in the tub.

We do mostly online shopping. We leave everything in the shipping boxes until we wrap them on Christmas Eve. We just have them stacked in the garage.

I just wrap and put out. Seems like the easiest way to hide in plain sight!

We have a workbench in our basement with drawers I put gifts in. They're nice and deep. I've also put gifts in the spare bedroom dresser.

Ours can all fit in a small tote under our bed. Should we be doing more? Is this something kids notice in school?

I would say no, you shouldn’t be doing more; but yes, unfortunately this is something kids often notice at school. It depends on the kids and the friend group though, honestly.

I've locked larger things in the utility closet and/or shed before. DH sometimes finds places in the garage where the kids aren't likely to look. Small items go in a bag that I hang on a hanger in my closet and arrange clothes around so that you can't see it.

Yes! Growing up, our neighbors had 4 kids all younger than me. Once I knew about Santa, the mom would come over and wrap gifts and stack them in our basement.

We have bankers boxes and storage tubs in the top of our closet. Most have off season clothes, old papers, etc. - But some are empty and used for gifts.
My tooth fairy supplies are hidden in a shoe box, on a shelf of shoeboxes with my dress shoes in them. My boys have 0 interest in my high heels.

I keep unwrapped stuff shoved among the clothes in my closet. Once I wrap it goes out to the garage to the empty holiday decorations totes.

Behind the boiler in ikea bags, on the top shelves of the pantry and garage. In the above fridge cabinets.

This is what I do too.
