You date like it's a part-time job. At least 1-2 first dates per week. You are systematic. You are clear what you are looking for and you are smart about having serious conversations regularly early on to weed out men who aren't interested in marriage or family.
In the era of online dating it is entirely possible to meet someone and get married in late 30s and have kids.

That requires a large amount of time and energy, but dating is a numbers game. Also, don't overlook guys where the chemistry may have to build over the first, second, or even third date. As long as it eventually gets there, it counts.
