Most supplements are BS but vitamin d is an essential vitamin we need to supplement because sour bodies can’t make it on its own. We do get minimal amounts from the sun and some fortified foods, but the vast majority of Americans are low in Vitamin D. We need vitamin D for various functions in our body.
Don’t stress about it but supplement now, OP.
