The district is comprised of the following counties:
Alamosa, Archuleta, Chaffee, Conejos, Costilla, Custer, Delta, Dolores, Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Huerfano, Jackson, Lake, La Plata, Mesa, Mineral, Moffat, Montezuma, Montrose, Ouray, Park, Pitkin, Pueblo, Rio Blanco, Rio Grande, Routt, Saguache, San Juan, San Miguel, and Summit counties, as well as portions of Douglas, Fremont, and Jefferson counties.

None of the counties are reporting 100% reported. But the bigger counties that have outstanding votes are Garfield (95% reported), La Plata (95%), Mesa (95%), Pitkin (95%), Pueblo (95%), Routt (95%), and Summit (95%). All of these, BUT Mesa are leaning Democratic in this election. Mesa is the only one of the bigger outstanding counties that is leaning Republican.

The tallies are going to go up and down in a jerky fashion as various counties report. NYT interactive is here:

Boebert is up, but as of this post, only the following counties have <95% of the votes tallied:

- Pueblo at 93% in
- Garfield at 90% in
- Pitkin at 80% in

So those votes are still incoming. All three counties lean Democrat, with Pueblo +8 Frisch, Garfield +14 Frisch, and Pitkin +58 Frisch.
