How is this a question? They did not "run out of chicken", they had a rush of people ahead of you purchase all the chicken they had prepared. They dropped more in the fryer so you would've had to wait 6-8min? Yes the same thing happens at other fast foods chains as well. Chickfila absolutely has this happen. Decent chicken restaurants that wants you to have fresh food may need to cook it when you order, but I'd rather have fresh chicken than stuff that's been sitting under heat lamps for a while.
