I'd stick with the food gift suggestions, except for H & D. We get a gift box every year and the foods just aren't that good. Maybe they were 30 years ago, but I prefer bosc pears from the grocery store to their special Oregon ones.

I have ILs in rural Oregon. They LOVE to play cards. Maybe a set of different types of card games? Like Karma, Five Crowns, etc.

I would lean toward these over something fresh that would have to be consumed quickly, or something heavy like full meals.

I send Omaha steaks, can’t go wrong with that unless they’re Vegan/Vegetarian.

I got my rural father a pickle subscription and he loves it. He looks forward to getting a pickle delivery each month and the pickles that he doesn’t like or are too spicy he gives away. UPS delivers it.
