Apply early folks.
What is very late? November?

I hope my kid would never say any school is for “losers”.

Anonymous wrote:My dd applied 8/3 and got in. I’m not saying it’s too late to apply but a lot apply early since it is rolling admissions so you can figure a good number have applied already and they have probably filled a lot of spots so unless you are a stand out applicant, I would apply before the end of the month for any chance.

I'll be over the moon if she goes to any college, much less Pitt. I would bet money on the fact that she'll stand out more as an adult than some kids who go to top tier colleges. She's an exceptional writer, an incredible artist, sounds like a broadway singer and can make adults question their point of view on controversial subjects. The only thing that makes her a "loser," are the real losers think make her life difficult every single day because they think (or are taught?) that the only "winners" fit a certain mold.
