There is another non-Christmas one with Grant Ward and the daughter of the hydra guy. It was really weird to watch them as leads in a Hallmark together.

The plaza one gets surprisingly good reviews.

Do these ever get included on Amazon prime? It sends like they have dinner of the cheesey Christmas fare, but maybe not Hallmark? How does this all work?

I'm the PP to whom you're responding -- Aida is Mallory Jansen, who was in my all time favorite series, "Galavant"! I'll have to catch her Hallmark movies. And you should check out "Galavant" (streams on Hulu)....

On the 12th Date of Christmas - I didn't give this one a chance the first time it was on, but Tyler Hines has become one of my favorite Hallmark leads, even though he has an unfortunate haircut in this movie.

Lifetime started their non-stop Christmas movies this week too. They're playing The Christmas Contract this weekend, which is another fun one!

Since they're showing new and old movies 24/7 for the next 10 weeks, here are some "oldies" that I try to catch every season, and saw on the channel guide:

Yes, she broke it off with Pierce before the dance. Disappointing Audrey in not having a father figure take her to the dance.

Bedtime stories- I missed a section. Did she call it off with her fiancé before the dance? They were definitely heavy, handed with the signs that the dead husband was not really dead. I don’t know why they didn’t make him look a little scruffy. It was like he was just hanging out at the hotel for three years.

Christmas in Toyland is the first movie of the year that has checked off pretty much every formulaic bubble, although I guess this one premiered during Christmas in July. Data analyst tries to save a struggling toy store from being closed down (probably because the manager is giving all the toys away to families in need) and ends up leaving her job to make creepy hand carved figures. The film includes a trip to a Christmas Market, hot chocolate, a Christmas tree lot (because they need a "real" tree, even though the prop they use is definitely fake), and a big Christmas party montage. Oh, and it's supposed to take place in NYC, so they're definitely both going broke before the end of the season.

It may have expired? It seems like the newer movies have a quick expiration date. Like, I had to watch Christmas Bedtime Stories yesterday because it was doing to expire on 11/2. I have to finish the other two today as well because they will also expire.
