It contains fragrance and two highly irritating, potentially damaging ingredients, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. Neutrogrena should know better!
I purchased the Cerave Foaming Facial Cleanser, whose ingredients are stellar, but it's crap at getting off makeup, so now I have to find a wipe that won't irritate.
Try the Cream-to-Foam cleanser from Cerave, which is different from their Foaming Facial Cleanser.

Second, I knkw you said no to Neutrogena hydroboost, OP, but in case you haven’t tried it yet, I use the sensitive skin version and like it more than I thought I would. I now use the fragrance free/sensitive skin facial cleanser and body lotion of hydroboost and am a big fan.
