Okay, I haven't dated men in over 20 years and am married to a woman... Do men really say things like, "you have to go through me to get to her" (SK) and other possessive things? I can't remember other specific examples. Also, do the women like this macho behavior? Even if the men are joking around, there is some truth to it or they wouldn't say it at all.

It's human nature to be attracted to someone who'd look good with you. Cole and Colleen would make a super attractive couple. I think Bartise overestimates his attractiveness.


Colleen is not cute though. She looks 40.

I agree. SK is attractive imo, physically more attractive than Bartise so I’m not sure what she and bartise are going on about saying they are the “hot ones”

He absolutely does. I find most of the other men to be more physically attractive and hearing him go on about how hot he is is embarrassing for him.

Raven is more attractive than him but she gives off an insecure, cold vibe and she does not come off as mature enough to be married or even in a healthy functional relationship.

Most people who believe they are “too good” for someone are deeply insecure. So that fits.

Bartise is a moron. It’s one thing to say you thought Raven is attractive, but to tell your fiancé that seeing her in person made you have feelings is just stupid. Way to self-sabotage.

I don’t think Cole is a bad guy; he’s just so young and immature. Zanab is so preoccupied with her looks. That self-consciousness is not Cole’s style at all. Good luck to those two.

I think they speak different love languages, and his lack of gushing brings out her insecurities. They both perceive each other as standoffish.
