No way to get through to customer service on the phone, no response to emails and we've finally had to drive to the store. Big promises about follow up and huge apologies for the non-response. Guess what? Several days later and still nothing. I plan to drive over there this afternoon and let loose.
This has not been our experience at all with customer service. I talked to a real person there, no recordings, which was refreshing. They had all of our product and warranty information in their computer from 12 years ago, sent someone out to the our house to fix the couch (that we accidentally broke, but it’s a lifetime warranty), and he fixed it for free.
