I really like our sofa from crate and barrel.

I'm going to pile on with the Sactional crowd. We absolutely love ours. We have the Lovesoft filling (which you can fluff but has much more support than the downfill) with the Glacier Crossweave fabric. We have three kids and this thing looks sharp, feels so comfy, fits the whole family for movie night and stands up to abuse better than any other furniture we have.

Our last couch died a bit suddenly (our kids managed to crack the frame?!!) so we needed it pretty quickly. We tried about 10 couches over the course of a couple weekends and found that there was always some fatal flaw we didn't like. The lovesac was the big winner.

And it's not something we would typically do but we got the Lovesac credit card and paid it off over about 18 months. They also had a sale going at the time (with a free blanket, which I highly recommend as well!). Absolutely worth it!

We either have the radley or a similar one from Macy's. A decade old and it's still comfy and looks great.

At least the third plug I’ve seen here for the Macy’s modular sectional. We bought the precursor to the Radley but it’s essentially the same. The modular pieces meant it wasn’t hard to get into our small house and we’ve moved the pieces around a ton. Looks and feels barely used despite years of abuse from kids. Even can function as a bed for two adults when pieces all pushed together.

C&B Lounge is the best.

+1

I’ve got one sofa and one sectional Lounge and love them.

I mean, there are comfortable cheap sofas. Some friends have a rooms to go sofa at their beach house that’s super comfortable and like $1200. I keep think of buying it for my sunroom. I can’t speak to longevity.

We have the Crate and Barrel Lounge II, we love it, so comfortable.

Anyone who comes over always wants to know where the couch is from

We just got a costco lovesac and love it. Since I do not plan on replacing it for at least a decade, I feel it's worth the price. I also just went through the hassle of discarding our previous sectional, which was a PITA. I didn't want it to end up in a landfill but couldn't afford re-upholstering it and I couldn't find a new owner for it. I tried putting Surefit slipcovers over it and it was a disaster.

Ultimately, I think the lovesac concept is brilliant. I will replace the seat covers and cushions when the time comes and I won't need to worry about it ending up in a landfill.

Macys Radley. Good value for what you get. Good for kids, stains come out easily or something on sale at Costco.

Will probably upgrade to a LoveSac when my kids are late teenagers.

IMO it was outrageously overpriced, but DH was committed. First it took 9 months to "custom build" and now we're dealing with a defective back.

No way to get through to customer service on the phone, no response to emails and we've finally had to drive to the store. Big promises about follow up and huge apologies for the non-response. Guess what? Several days later and still nothing. I plan to drive over there this afternoon and let loose.
This has not been our experience at all with customer service. I talked to a real person there, no recordings, which was refreshing. They had all of our product and warranty information in their computer from 12 years ago, sent someone out to the our house to fix the couch (that we accidentally broke, but it’s a lifetime warranty), and he fixed it for free.
