I got pregnant with my older DC at 35, first month trying. Delivered at 36. Pregnant with second DC at 39, also first try, delivered shortly after turning 40. I also got pregnant (accidentally) at 44 and sadly terminated that pregnancy.
Good luck, OP!

Tried for the first time at 39. Took Clomid for a month and boom! Everything went smoothly.

But as others have said, everyone is different.

So no IVF and you had twins in your mid 40s?

That would be a lie

Did you do the pre-natal testing around 10 weeks?

OP - how old is your husband ?

Age can be a factor for men too. Have you brought him in to get him tested?

I had my first at 35, second at 39, and now my 3rd at 41. Last one was a shock. I had two miscarriages between the 1st and 2nd baby.

35 is not old. Nor is it a new phenomenon to have babies at that age. People used to have babies until menopause, often mid-40s.

Lots of women have their firsts around 35. I had a baby at 38. First month trying to conceive and very healthy perfect baby.

Conceived and delivered at 35. AMA =/= high risk, and I conceived easily (within a few months) and had no complications aside from first trimester nausea.

38 and 40, smooth sailing.

This is very true. When not in the suburbs but in DC proper/MOCO, and not religious or military eapecially. For instance, my friend who started in late 20s was the only first time mom under 30 in her mom's group.
