Am now 53 and feel my hair is at least 90% gray.
I am a Female & my natural color is actually black so I need to color ideally every ten days-2 weeks to appear polished.
Same— except i started graying a bit earlier. Im Indian. I color my hair at home. Since it’s naturally black, the gray really stands out. I just use Revlon, in natural black, soft black, or brown black. It’s cheap and works, but i still resent the fact that the gray grows back so quickly.

I feel somewhat like an outlier and have no grays yet.

+1. 73 year old mom has no grey. I'm 40 and don't have any. We are both blonde FWIW.
