+1. It’s a unicorn in the DMV. Schools are good, close-by and most things are walkable.
Piney Branch Elementary School and Takoma Park Middle School seem decent, but Montgomery Blair High School is 4/10? Can anybody share some insights about those schools

zoned for B-CC. Lots of similar good options in arlington and fairfax.
Also at 900, there may even be parts of the palisades in budget, though that has airplane noise.
