The sexual misconduct cases involve leading atheists. People, including Dawkins who supports “mild pedophelia” (see earlier in the thread), who make a living speaking for all atheists. Don’t try to twist this into something it’s not.

Okay, sure. And so there are atheists also who abuse children and engage in sexual misconduct, just as there are religious leaders in the Catholic and LDS hierarchies.
You've got both atheists and religious believers calling for these people in the atheist spectrum to be held to account. Do we have the same people calling for religious leaders to be held to account? (I hope so.)

You almost sound like you’re excusing atheist sexual misconduct because there are fewer of you. It might be better to notice that, with just a handful of national atheist/humanist orgs, two of them employed this creep.
I’m an atheist but I have nothing to do with American Atheists. I don’t support them and would never give them any money, much less 10% of my income. I don’t see what point you’re trying to make here exactly.
pp is trying to show that atheists are just as bad as religious people when it comes to sexual predation. I think anyone can be a sexual predator, irrespective of religion or lack thereof, and that religion organizations have a long history of covering it up.
