I think this sounds delicious! My growing teen boys would be like, thanks for the salad now where's dinner??, but for my middle-aged self looking to lose weight, I can see the whole cucumber & green pepper having enough bulk, and the shrimp & avocado having enough protein and fat, to fill me up. The only thing that struck me is exactly 4 cherry tomatoes - seems oddly low. Is there a reason to limit cherry tomatoes? I eat them like candy ... Will be sad to learn if they are diet busters, but maybe that's why I need to lose weight
