I teach in a very small school. We have one gen ed vacancy filled by a sub and one special ed aide and we literally have no one to fill that position. We're in violation of his IEP. I think someone should come from central office to fill in until or if we find someone, but that'll never happen.

There is a long term sub. It will be fine and the rest of the team will support him.
