Hard to know what his beliefs are. Seems like republican governors have been all too happy to sign off on anti choice legislation, knowing that it won’t go anywhere.

+Hogan isn't as bad as most of the GOP, but that's not saying much. He was very quiet during the worst of Trump's behavior, and only when Trump's polls started dropping, did he make the mildest of criticisms.
