I don't quite understand why this one needs its own thread...seems like an owner/agent might want to pump it up. Having said that, I wouldn't at all be surprised if it sat for a while and they took the DCUM suggestion to restage it with a dining table downstairs and an office in the loft space.

It's just that the owners came in with their gargantuan Restoration Hardware-looking living and dining furniture that is intended for McMansions, not poorly laid out condos.

Way way way overpriced. It’s very small, has only two bedrooms, and a poor layout in terms of the dining area. Also the roof deck is teeny tiny.

Yep, assuming a down payment of $350,000, your monthly PITI will be over $10,000. And you have a wall of windows but it faces neighbors across the street who can watch you all day. So dumb.
