OP wouldn't know if she enjoys them or not because she has to watch other people's kids at her own house.
The kids are clearly part of the package, though. Again, either say adults-only or don’t invite them.

Try just going out for dinner (somewhere cheap, as most of us probably do anyway) - parents only, see if they are interested. If not, you know you were just free childcare.

Only for restaurants - I now tip 25-30%, because I can’t imagine how low wage earners are surviving right now.

We stopped too. We had some damage done to our basement twice by different boys during nerf gun battles. Tore doors off hinges, broke lamps. I thought it was kid proofed, but no. Both sets of parents apologized and offered to pay, but really? My son actually said it was too stressful having people over. Outside only now!

Pre-covid I stopped hosting most families we were friends with, because of this kind of combination of behaviors. Then don’t. In that case, your options are:
1) Don’t invite them over.
2) Invite them over, but explicitly ask the parents to watch their kids because they are out of control.
3) Invite them over, but be prepared to supervise the kids yourself (or you and DH if DH agrees to do so).
Those are your choices. Whining on the internet about something you keep doing over and over is not a choice, because you have control over whether you invite them or not, etc. Make your pick from the list above and then shut up.
