Oh ho ho this is controversial, because their Cobb salad is best. I love it.

This is absolute blasphemy and the first real controversial opinion here. To the gallows!

Otherwise plain scrambled eggs must be topped with ketchup.

I love filet! Someone once told me it was a "90's cut." Guess I'm happily stuck in the 90s.

This seems a little unfair.

I'm also not a recipe follower, but it took years to get there, and to understand which instructions matter to the end result (or not).

Do you get that this thread is "what's your most CONTROVERSIAL food opinion," not "what's your most FAIR food opinion"?

Anonymous wrote:For me, the one that causes the most "are you serious?" reactions is that I think Chipotle is gross. I've tried different locations, different food items, and they're all gross to me.

Secondary to that: Chick-fil-a isn't that good. It's fine, sure, but everyone acts like it's the best chicken sandwich invented. I think all the chicken there tastes like the oil they use.

I agree with both of these.

My controversial food opinion is that there is no such thing as "eating clean."

Yes. But what shall we call it? Almond Nut strained Pulp?

Totally agree! I don’t want to have to unhinge my jaw in a serpentine-like manner.

You may not like or understand it but no, it isn't "crazy"

I don’t like chick FIL a either.

I hate drinking milk, always have hated since being a kid. Happy to get calcium through cheese.

I hate really rich sweets like Cheesecake Factory desserts.

I think prime rib is too fatty and it grosses me out. I love tenderloin, short ribs, hamburger etc

I can’t drink non diet soda, it tastes too sugary.

I dislike truffle.

I don’t like Mac n cheese.

This thread is for controversial opinions. Here on DCUm it is highly controversial to like fake meat. Endless posts talk about how awful it is.
