I hate when they bring their kids along! There is one lady by our Giant who always has her daughter with her. Also dressed nicely, and the kid is playing on her phone, etc.
A woman with a child was asking people for money at a Costco parking lot. Then I saw a man driving a new BMW pick them up. Looked like trafficking.
Next time I see anything like that, I’ll call the non-emergency police number.
