Doesn't sound like the remarks of a highly educated person.
Sounds like remarks of someone disrespectful of her former patients and HIPAA laws

I left Foxhall long ago, so didn't get the email, but I can understand why patients who received it would feel uncomfortable. FWIW, my husband, who retired as a BigLaw partner recently, sent out an an email announcement to clients, but that was in cooperation with his partners and recommending that clients continue to work with another partner in the firm. Based on what I'm hearing now, the situation with Dr. Malone is quite different. I do have a lot of respect for Eric Holder, though, and would be interested in hearing their side of the story.

Because I have a lot of respect for her and think I should give her the benefit of the doubt.
