Looks like Rachel Comey Barrie jeans. I liked them better in a jumpsuit (back in 2015) and I don’t think they should be worn trophy wife tight.
She is a successful NYC ophthalmologist in her own right and never been married. She clearly is considerably younger the RK, but she isn't an airhead whose career is nabbing a rich guy.
His last gf was even younger than her and an actress/model

I kind of love that these folks - who could have a staff of stylists if they chose to - look like the rest of us. They have all worked hard to achieve truly extraordinary things besides getting their lighting right on insta.
