I would like to say no, but the reality is that most people probably do, unconsciously, and to say that you don't probably is a red flad in the way that saying "I can't see color!" is a racism red flag

Same. I used to be “hot” but had low self esteem, so I ended up dating a lot of shallow jerks who treated me poorly and then traded up when something even better came along. My more average looking friends all found these great guys who wanted to settle down and stick with them forever, and it seemed so much more real than my “relationships.” (I ended up with a great guy, but was a lot older before it happened.)
I’m glad you are meeting people who treat you better now!

Men too. I used to be very good looking. Like asked to audition general hospital. I was six foot two inch, 190 pounds, in perfect shape at 20. I could sweet talk the HR girls for a job, get into clubs for free. Those days are over

Nobody can help the way their face is shaped, and weight is very difficult to control. The things I judge them for are the things that are EASY to control. Our PTA president would run meetings with her hair in a sloppy topknot, visible facial hair, and holes in her pajama-looking clothes. And I couldn't help but notice that the clique she chose to surround herself with was equally unkempt. It was like they took pride in being too busy to even put on jeans in the morning.

I am down for the eccentric frivolity, but don’t see the appeal of mimes- especially for kids.
