I was “hot” but lacking in confidence and it didn’t serve me well at all.
Now that I’m middle aged I’ve finally started meeting men who treat me with kindness and respect.

It she was a CPA or programmer or data base administrator not so much.
Of course we judge people on looks. I have a niece who is extremely smart and nice and sweet but zero looks. As a 20 year old women trying to date, make friends get a first job of course people judge.
Men too. I used to be very good looking. Like asked to audition general hospital. I was six foot two inch, 190 pounds, in perfect shape at 20. I could sweet talk the HR girls for a job, get into clubs for free. Those days are over

I like clean people but don’t give a damn about “dressing appropriately for the occasion”. DH and I met our grandson at the airport in mime costumes.
Mime costumes are 100% appropriate 99.99% of the time anywhere
I love this grandma!
I am down for the eccentric frivolity, but don’t see the appeal of mimes- especially for kids.
