OP here. It’s been interesting to read the replies. I’m ruling out #1, he is just too poor. He is 50 and hits net worth is $20k with little earnings power. He lives check to check. Even though I can take care of myself, i don’t want the added pressure of helping to care for him too financially. It’s too much for me. I have a kid to look after. I would consider him if I had family wealth or something where I easily could carry him.

After a while, the guy who treats you like gold will stop. And then what do you have? A poor guy who is just ok in bed and not much else in his favor.

I also think #1 is too good for you, you sound shallow and needy.

This. And escaping the clause of such an inheritance would be a movie plot.

Dang OP, if there are no other choices, #1. But life in the DMV is very expensive and I have a young child to provide for so saving for school, summer camps and trips and our life I am handling alone. But I wouldn’t want to be resentful of financially providing for a man as well.

Would not marry either. But I'm divorced and am done with marriage. Would definitely date #2 though.

UMC isn’t good enough for me to be treated “ok”

#1. We would work on the intimacy.

If he’s loyal then that’s what you need for the end years. Someone who cares about you and will be there when the going gets tough, healthwise.

Shoot, no, I got that backward. I’d never marry a man who “treats me okay.”
